1. Who we are

KiroVault ("we", "us") sells online educational courses. Contact: hello@kirovault.com.

2. What you're buying

A licence to access educational material for your own personal use. You are not buying the material itself, and ownership stays with us.

3. What you may not do

• Share your account, or your sign-in link, with anyone else.
• Download, copy, re-record or redistribute the videos.
• Resell, republish or teach the material as your own.
• Attempt to bypass access controls on the videos or files.

We may suspend an account without refund where we find deliberate, repeated sharing or redistribution.

4. Access

Courses are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access, meaning for as long as we operate the course. If we ever retire a course, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download what you need.

5. Refunds

Seven days from purchase, full refund, no reason required. See the refund policy.

6. No guarantee of results

We make no promise about income or outcomes. See the earnings disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits or business decisions you make.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered customers.
